Welcome to Lana

Lana is a modern, integrated residential neighborhood designed to serve the people of Jerusalem and enhance their quality of life. It offers high standards of comfort and luxury through thoughtfully designed apartments, green spaces, family-friendly recreational areas, a contemporary shopping center, a nursery, and a school.

The neighborhood is being developed in phases. The first phase—comprising two residential buildings—was built according to modern architectural plans using the latest construction technologies by leading contractors in Jerusalem. It includes apartments of various sizes, a public garden, elegant lobby entrances with reception staff, private indoor parking, and storage rooms. All units in this phase were sold and handed over to buyers in early 2025, with full registration completed in official government records.

Following the success of Phase 1, construction is now underway for Phase 2, which will feature three additional residential buildings and a range of commercial spaces. Each building will offer a variety of apartment options, including units with private gardens or entrances, designed with the same elegance and attention to detail. All required permits have been secured, and construction will be carried out by top-tier contractors.

Strategically located in the northern part of Beit Hanina, Lana offers easy access to all areas of Jerusalem, nearby roads to Ramallah, and the broader road network.
Residents of Lana enjoy a refined lifestyle supported by professional facility management, security, and maintenance services—combining modern architecture with sustainable and intelligent infrastructure.

The "Lana" neighborhood was launched in the heart of Beit Hanina – Jerusalem, with a vision to develop a modern residential community that meets the aspirations of Jerusalemite families and offers a refined, secure living environment. By early 2025, the first phase of the project was successfully completed, consisting of two fully sold buildings. Work has now begun on the second phase, which includes three new buildings, continuing the path of growth and development.
